BookHA extends SOPC new case booking to Obstetrics and Paediatrics
Service of the mobile app BookHA has been enhanced to meet users’ needs since rolled out in March 2016. The booking function is now extended to Specialist Out-patient Clinics (SOPC) new cases of Obstetrics and Paediatrics, covering 10 specialties in total. In addition, the app will automatically update the booking details and notify users by SMS after they changed the appointment arranged through BookHA in person or by phone call.
Up to the end of 2017, there are over 170,000 downloads of the app. Among 70,000 new case applications received, 58% applications were made during non‑office hours. This manifests the flexibility in arranging new consultation sessions using the app. Indeed, users rated 4.54 out of 5 in a survey with over 25,000 interviewees participated.
