Look for colleagues’ contact at your fingertips

The popular HR App has introduced two new modules recently. You can search for colleagues’ contact promptly by using ‘myColleagues’, a mobile version of Electronic Staff Directory (ESD); and catch up HA updates at ‘myNews’. Moreover, the new features of ‘myBenefit’ and ‘myLearning’ enable users to shop online and take attendance easily. Details of the app can be found at http://hrapp.home/en/index.html.

myLearning

A new function in ‘myLearning’ is now piloted at the training classes held at the Head Office. With the installation of iBeacon devices in the training venues, you can take attendance and view course materials on mobile devices easily.

myColleagues

Users can search for the phone number, office location and email address of colleagues on ESD, and make calls and send emails right away. By opting for ‘☆’, contact details can be saved.

myBenefit

e-Co-op Shop is now available in ‘myBenefit’. You can browse and make purchases here anytime.
