Let’s get ready on race day

Donors can receive attractive souvenirs: mobile phone ring holder, HA shopping bag or waterproof bag.

HA Run will be held on 1 March (Sunday). Runners will run along the Shing Mun River with the start-finish line at Hong Kong Sports Institute. Here are some practical advice for runners on the race day,

► Have breakfast and prepare suitable running gear

► Bring all necessary items, such as the bib, gym bag and water bottle

► Do warm-up and stretching exercises before running

► Pay attention to the weather and air quality health index (details available at the website of Environmental Protection Department)

► Note the proposed closure of cycling tracks from Sand Martin Bridge to Penfold Park (before Twin Bridge). It is subject to the approval by concerned Government departments

► You can also participate in the online game and win gifts. Details will be announced onsite!

Besides, donors of HA Run will receive attractive souvenirs: a mobile phone ring holder for all donors; an extra HA shopping bag for staff donating $300 to $499; an extra waterproof bag for $500 or above. The amount will be donated to HA Charitable Foundation for supporting patient service projects. Please take action and support!
