Cross-generation communication made easy from e-courses
Do you want to better communicate with colleagues of different generations in the workplace? Head Office Human Resources Training and Development Team has launched a new mobile learning series on cross-generation communication since last November. With a total of 10 courses, one or two are rolled out every month, covering short videos, staff sharing and communication tips. Colleagues can access the materials via HR App by opting ‘Courseware’ in ‘myLearning’ module. Learners who completed each e-course automatically enter a lucky draw and have a chance of winning a coffee coupon. 100 coupons per e-course will be given.
