Community Psychiatric Service
Introduction
The Community Psychiatric Service of Castle Peak Hospital provides the community psychiatric care in the New Territories West Cluster where includes Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai. We are a team of professionals providing multi-faceted and comprehensive service to meet the needs of people with mental illness. Our team consists of psychiatrists, community psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists and social workers. We strive to help people with mental illness re-integrate into community.
Scope of Services
Under our service, each client is assigned with a case manager who delivers a range of care and treatment according to the individual needs of the client. These services include medication management, psychiatric and physical health assessment, crisis intervention, daily skill training and family counseling, etc.
