Introduction
The day services of Tin Shui Wai Hospital provide N.T. West residents with day care services & day hospitalized services by Ambulatory Services Centre.
The Ambulatory Services Centre is located at 2nd floor & 7th floor which provides various specialized services in different services divisions with commencement on March 2019:
- Electromedical Diagnostic Unit (7/F)
- Combined Endoscopy Unit (2/F)
- Day Ward (2/F)

Scope of Service
Electromedical Diagnostic Unit
Electromedical Diagnostic Unit EDU serves residents living in N.T, West with various examinations including Electrocardiogram (ECG), Echocardiogram, Ambulatory cardiac monitoring examinations, Exercise Treadmill Test, Electroencephalograhy (EEG), Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
Combined Endoscopy Unit
Combined Endoscopy Unit serves patients living in N.T. West with various endoscopy services since 2019. Our unit offering hospitalized or referred patients with Oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy (OGD),Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasonography for upper Gastro-intestinal tract and lungs, Flexible Cystoscopy, Urea Breath Test.
Booking Procedure
Booking could be made via respective doctors from Cluster hospitals.

Scope of Service
Day Ward offers day hospital care for those who are in need of care and observation before and after an examination or minor surgery.
Booking Procedure
Appointments could be made by specialist outpatient clinics or wards.
