The Hospital Authority New Territories West Cluster Hospitals Charitable Trust
Mission and Background
Most of the population comes from the grassroots in New Territories West (including Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai). The Hospital Authority New Territories West Cluster Hospitals Charitable Trust (NTWC Charitable Trust) has a mission to serve needy patients in these districts and promote community health.
NTWC Charitable Trust was established in September 2007 to fund medical and treatment projects for the hospitals in New Territories West Cluster, including purchased new medical equipment, subsidized medical consumables self-financed by patients and sponsored hospital environment programmes. NTWC Charitable Trust endeavors to provide more affordable and better care to patients.

**Funds in NTWC Charitable Trust come from donations. Every cent from the community goes straight into the donation pool without deducting administrative expenses. The Board of Trustees will carefully consider every single application for assistance and disburse funds in keeping with its mission.

In order to raise more funding to maintain the sustainable operation and benefit more patients in need, NTWC Charitable Trust held various fund-raising activities in the past.
