2018 - Demolish Staff Quarters Block C, E and Lecture Theatre Building
- Construction of the decanting building at Shatin Hospital start
2019 - Groundwork for the new In-patient Block start
2020 - Demolish Staff Quarters Block A and D
- The decanting building at Shatin Hospital open for the relocation of the user departments of the quarter blocks
2023 - Core construction works for the new In-patient Block start
2025-2026 - Core construction works for the In-patient Extension Block finish
2027 - Renovation of the Main Clinical Block and Trauma Centre begin
2028 - PWH Phase II(Stage 1) Redevelopment Project (Stage 1) complete
- Stage 2 (i.e. Ambulatory Care Centre and Cancer Centre) begin (Tentative)
