7.1 Allied Health (专职医疗)

(a) Audiology, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Prosthetic and Orthotics, Podiatry, Speech Therapy services (听力学、营养膳食、职业治疗、物理治疗、义肢矫形、足科，言语治疗服务)

(i) Consultation fee including assessment / treatment / counselling (诊治费用包括评估∕治疗∕辅导)
