The “Sleep Well: Practical Techniques for Coping with Insomnia” workshop organised by Institute of Mental Health of Castle Peak Hospital was successfully held on 20 September 2025, with a total of 96 mental health care professionals and members of the public joined face-to-face. We were honoured to invite Dr. Martina Cheung, Clinical Psychologist, to be our speaker.
In the workshop, Dr. Martina Cheung introduced the basic knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i). Through interactive activities and case sharing, participants were equipped with the practical techniques to improve their sleep quality and help others to do so.
