Admission Procedures
- Medicine & Geriatric / Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Wards
- Patients are transferred from other New Territories East Cluster Hospitals.
- Psychiatric Wards
- Admission is arranged after patients being consulted by doctor in either Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic or Accident & Emergency Department.
- Patients are required to present the original valid identity document and relevant supporting documents for verification of identity and patient status for fee calculation:
- For Adult and adolescent (11 years of age or over): HKID Card or Travel Document;
- For Child (under 11 years of age): HKID Card / HK Birth Certificate or Travel Document;
- Address proof e.g. electricity bill, water bill or telephone bill of recent 6 months
- Other documents (e.g. Certificate of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance).
