24-Hour Telephone Booking Appointment Services for Patients with Episodic Illnesses

(I) Re-check the appointment information
- Call the clinic with booked appointment
- Repeat the below 1-5 steps in "Telephone Booking", then press [2]
(II) Cancel the appointment
- 60 minutes before the appointment time and call the clinic with booked appointment
- Repeat the below 1-5 steps in "Telephone Booking", then press [3] to cancel and press [1] to confirm
(III) Telephone Booking
Target clients: Registered patients of Tuen Mun Hospital and its General Out-Patient Clinics / Specialist Out-Patient Clinics
(New Cases should bring along their valid identity document in person for registration before using telephone booking)
- Dial the Telephone Booking No.: XXXX XXXX
- Choose language: English, press [2] (Select the nearby clinic if the quota of the designated clinic is full)
- Input the numeric part of ID Card number without the digit in the bracket.
- Input Year of Birth as follow: [Y] [Y] [Y] [Y] e.g. 1973, input: [1] [9] [7] [3]
- Confirm ID Card Number: Correct, press [1]. Re-input, press [8]
- The system provides the earliest appointment. Confirm the appointment, press [1] and mark down the appointment time. Successful clients should bring along their valid identity document (e.g. Birth Cert. / ID Card) and medical record (if any) for registration 15 minutes before the appointment time. For latecomer, the consultation service will not be provided. She/He is required to book a new appointment by Telephone System again.
- Press [9] to terminate the enquiry service. Press [1] to obtain fax copy of appointment information. Press [2] to re-listen to appointment information.
