Introduction
Patient Resources Centre of Tin Shui Wai Hospital aims to promote patients’ health and encourage community involvement during patients’ rehabilitation process. The services include primary health education, disease prevention and patient support services. As a bridge between the community and the patient, the Patient Resouces Centre creates a platform for information sharing. It advocates patient empowerment and mutual support in the community and promotion of healthy living.
