North District Community Health Centre Building Service Introduction

North District Family Medicine Centre, located on 3/F of North District Community Health Centre, commences its services on 16 December 2024 (Monday). The services of Shek Wu Hui Jockey Club General Out-patient Clinic (GOPC) are relocated to the North District Family Medicine Centre.

To enhance the primary health care services in North District, in addition to the provision of general out-patient services, the North District Family Medicine Centre also provides allied health services, chronic disease management, patient education and support, and nursing care services. Episodic disease patients may reserve consultation timeslots through the GOPC Telephone Appointment System (telephone no. 3157 0965) or the "Book GOPC" function in "HA Go" – HA’s one-stop mobile app.
