Arrangement under inclement weather conditions
In the event of the issuing or cancellation of Black Rainstorm Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above and “Extreme Condition” by the Hong Kong Observatory, the HADCL will have the following arrangement:

Arrangement in the event of disease outbreak alert
Subject to the Hospital Authority three-level response alert system (e.g. Alert, Serious and Emergency Response Level for Avian Influenza), the service of HADCL may be suspended or changed.
