什麼是抑鬱?

每個人都有傷心或遇到挫折的時候,例如:被父母/老師責備、與同學爭執等,不快是自然的感覺,是正常情緒反應

 

當你的子女/學生感到不快、傷心的時候,往往會令他們有機會反思、推動他們尋求方法去處理難題或改善人際關係

 

但是假如他們長期處於情緒低落的狀態,失去對事物、活動的興趣,甚至影響日常生活、社交或學業成績,則有可能是患上抑鬱症的先兆

 

患有抑鬱症狀的子女/學生,容易對自己、身邊的人和事,以及前景將來有較多負面的想法︰

  • 對自己
    認定自己不完美及無價值,經常低估及批評自己

  • 對身邊人和事
    容易產生負面的結論

  • 對前景將來
    預料自己的將來必定失敗,又或者會持續面對坎坷困難
