The Department of Orthopaedic Rehabilitation plays a pivotal role in serving the New Territories East Cluster, comprising 166 in-patient beds, including 13 specifically designated for patients with spinal cord injuries. Moreover, it provides outpatient orthopaedic consultations for spinal cord injury patients through the Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Clinic at the SCI Rehabilitation Centre.
