Occupational Therapy
Introduction
Occupational Therapy is an essential profession in rehabilitation team. Occupational Therapists make use of different treatment media such as tailor made splints, assistive devices, therapeutic activities, occupational lifestyle redesign programs and advices on environmental modifications to promote the recovery of patient's sensation, limbs coordination and functions, perception and cognitive functions, and social-emotional abilities. The aims are to achieve independence in self-care, in home making, in work, in leisure activities and integrating into community living as well as enhancing Quality of Life during patient's course of rehabilitation process.

Outpatient Appointment Booking Procedures
For new case appointment booking, please approach Occupational Therapy Department located at main block or Rehabilitation block (Depends on different specialities) within our service hours.
We accept new case appointment through fax (with contact phone number provided) In addition, clients need to return the original referral to occupational therapy department on the date of appointment.
Remarks: Referral valid for 2 weeks only
