Introduction
QEH Podiatry service was established in early 1990s. Podiatrist is a specialist who offers profound assessment, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the pathologies and mal-functions existing in lower limbs, targeting patients from children to elderly and those with chronic diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral vascular disease, stroke, etc. We aim to maintain/resume the integrity of individuals' lower limbs and facilitate/rehabilitate independent ambulation.
