1. Patient Concern Services
- Co-organized by PWH Health Resource Centre(HRC) and Clinical Departments
- Aim: To reduce emergency visits to A&E Department and hospital re-admissions by having volunteers make caring visits to discharged patients, rendering support and encouraging them to monitor their health.

2. Community Health Promotion Programme
- Aim: To promote health awareness in the community through volunteers from medical, nursing staff, and alumni, focusing on healthy lifestyles.

- Assist elderlies to download and use HA Go mobile app
3. Festival Celebration Visitation Programme
- Aim: To bring care and blessings to inpatients during festivals, through coordinated visits by volunteers from corporates and universities.
