Introduction

The Pok Oi Hospital Geriatric Day Hospital has commenced service since 29th October 2014. It provides one-based, integrative, continuous, and time-limited health care services for older patients, suffering from complex geriatric disorders, living in Yuen Long District. The integrative services include medical consultation, nursing procedure and care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietitian consultation, speech therapy and swallowing evaluation, podiatry treatment, social worker service, clinical psychology service and prosthetic & orthotic service.
