Service Target
- Patients with valid appointment / admission / discharge slip or other relevant documents issued by Hospital Authority New Territories East Cluster Hospitals or Clinics can be registered and shopping at Rehab Shop.
- NTEC staff with valid staff identity card

- Walking aids and wheelchairs (Patients with valid “Walking Aids and Wheelchair Purchase Referral Form” issued by Physiotherapy in North District Hospital can purchase in our Rehab Shop.)

- Rehab Shop is a non-profit making rehabilitation products selling services. It is not guaranteed that the price of the products is the lowest in the market.
- All Rehab Shop products are sold at fixed price.
- Payment by cash, Octopus, credit card, electronic wallets (Alipay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK) are accepted.
- Products are recommended by professional staff according to the needs of patients.
- Type and price of products may be changed or out of stock without prior notice.
- Some products may have a quota system to ensure stable supply.
