East Kowloon Psychiatric Centre (EKPC) comprises of Specialist Outpatient Clinic, Psychiatric Day Hospital, Carer Resources Centre (SK Yee Carer Station) and the Office of Personalized Care Programme Team. The centre serves the adult population for Wong Tai Sin District.
