You can register on-line by clicking the following link.  After a successful registration, a confirmation screen will appear.  Please print this confirmation screen and take this as an official receipt issued by the service provider on behalf of the Convention organisor.

Alternatively, you may complete and return the registration form together with a cheque of the exact amount to the Convention Secretariat at Room 209N Hospital Authority Building, 147B Argyle Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR.  All cheques should be made payable to “Hospital Authority”.

Deadline for registration is 30 April 2007.  Thereafter, delegates have to register on site in the Registration Counter of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 7 or 8 May 2007 with an additional fee of 20%.
