The Centre provides 200 general out-patient quotas every day. Along with Tin Shui Wai (Tin Shui Road) Community Health Centre, the two centres together provide 200,000 general out-patient consultations every year. In collaboration with non-government organisations, the Centre hosts "Patient Empowerment Programme" and provide healthcare education and psychological counselling services.
