A recent study conducted by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department found that 30% of the respondents did not participate in any physical activities, because they were too busy with their work and study. Are you one of them?

Overweight and obesity have become an increasingly common health risk. Insufficient exercise and poor diets are the main culprits. To lead a healthy life, it is very important to exercise regularly. Overweight and obese people are most at risk of cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Do you have central obesity?

If you want to estimate how much fat your body contains, you will need to measure your waist. Central obesity is defined as a waist measurement of at least 90cm for men and 80cm for women.
