G ood lower-limb strength can improve our balance. Do you know that Thera-band exercises can improve our balance and reduce the likelihood of falls? They can also reduce back pain and swelling of the feet, which are common problems for people who need to stand or sit for prolonged periods while they are working. Here are a few lower-limb Thera-band exercises to improve your balance, back posture and circulation in your feet.

During the past few months we have introduced six upper- and six lower-limb exercises. The "Easy ways to keep kit" series has now come to an end. We sincerely hope that you will continue exercising and improving your physical health!

 

 



 

Exercise tips:
1. Wear comfortable clothing.
2. Eat light meals before you exercise.
3. Work at your comfortable range and progress gradually.
4. Do not hold your breath during the exercises.
5. Do the exercises with slow, steady motions.
6. For the best results repeat each exercise 20-30 times.
