  Easy ways to keep fit II
   
 

T hera-band exercises are a very good way to keep fit. Last time, we introduced some of those that focus on the upper limbs, and here are a few more for you to try.

By the way, the Head Office Occupational Safety and Health Section received 380 replies to its announcement and distributed 100 Thera-bands to help colleagues improve their physical wellness!

 

 




 

Exercise tips:
1. Wear comfortable clothing.
2. Eat light meals before you exercise.
3. Work at your comfortable range and progress gradually.
4. Do not hold your breath during the exercises.
5. Do the exercises with slow, steady motions.
6. For the best results repeat each exercise 20-30 times.
