Leading with heart

Our mission to safeguard people's health requires more than just advanced medical skills and cutting-edge technology: It also requires passion and a heartfelt determination to excel at what we do. The annual Outstanding Staff and Teams Award honours the outstanding colleagues who epitomise that spirit and celebrates their moments of everyday excellence.

This year, 23 colleagues and nine teams have been recognised, among which, five new awards have been introduced. The award winners come from varying backgrounds and work in a diversity of fields, but they are united by a common goal: To help and heal patients. Their dedication reminds us how as healthcare workers – whatever our situation and wherever we find ourselves – we are bonded by a shared purpose and guided by the dependable compasses of our hearts. That is reflected in our cover image showing a pure heart beating beneath a uniform.

The perseverance, commitment, and achievements of the award winners inspire people around them to fulfil their potential and realise their dreams. Their stories are sparks of hope to ignite our passion and make each of us walk a little taller as we step forward together on our journey of helping and healing.
