Assessment Service

• To provide on-site screening assessment for elderly with cognitive impairment or suspected Dementia

• When cognitive problems are identified, the elderly would be directly referred to the Memory Clinic of Castle Peak Hospital or any other relevant service. Prompt counselling and expert advice would be provided.

Educational Activity

• To provide educational talks or workshops for any interested organizations, aiming to promote awareness and to enhance understanding of Cognitive Impairment and Dementia among the general public and elderly service providers.

Cognitive Training

• Selected clients would be invited to enroll in cognitive training, for maintenance and improvement of preserved cognitive function.
