Intensive Course on Psychological Management of Addictive Disorders (Online)

The “Intensive Course on Psychological Management of Addictive Disorders” Online Workshop organised by Institute of Mental Health of Castle Peak Hospital was successfully held on 11,12,18 & 19 January 2024, with a total of 76 mental health care professionals joined online. We were honoured to invite Dr. Paul KONG, Registered Clinical Psychologist, Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) Certified Motivational Interviewing Trainer, as well as the Founding Chairman of the Chinese Association of Motivational Interviewing (CAMI), to be our speaker.

In the workshop, Dr. KONG introduced effective treatment techniques to engage clients with addictive disorders. Through interactive session and sharing of working experience over the past years, participants were equipped with in-depth knowledge on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
