We are pleased to invite Prof. LAM Shui-fong to conduct a workshop on “Mindfulness and its Application in Preventive Intervention for Parents and Youth” on 8 & 9 May 2026, which is organised by the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) of Castle Peak Hospital. This workshop will allow participants to understand the basic knowledge of Mindfulness and its Application in Preventive Intervention for Parents and Youth.
