  • Aim: To reduce emergency visits to A&E Department and hospital re-admissions by having volunteers make caring visits to discharged patients, rendering support and encouraging them to monitor their health.

  • Aim: To promote health awareness in the community through volunteers from medical, nursing staff, and alumni, focusing on healthy lifestyles.

    • Simple health consultations
    • Assist elderlies to download and use HA Go mobile app
