Patients Groups & Activities

Objectives:

• Promote concept of self-help and self-management
• Strengthen mutual support among patients
• Facilitate patients and carers’ communication and support
• Enhance patients and carers’ understanding towards chronic diseases
• Provide psycho-social support for patients and carers

Services:

Regular gatherings for health talks, sharing sessions, stress management and counselling workshops, rehabilitation exercises and interest classes etc.
