Crew Resources Management (CRM) Frontline Team Training

Crew Resource Management (CRM) training was originated from aviation industry, focusing on human factors; such as teamwork, communication, flattening the hierarchy, and situational awareness etc. It has become a common teaching method for healthcare organization since the first HA pilot training in 2009 and its extension to KCC in 2013. There are two kinds of CRM training including scenario-based training and classroom teaching, with the main teaching focus on teamwork, leadership, communication, assertiveness and situational awareness.
