Dr. Ho Lap Yin, the Director of MDSSC, delivered a presentation about Crew Resource Management at the Hospital Authority Convention 2014.  Simulation-based CRM training has been piloted in the Hospital Authority since 2013 and the results ended with positive feedback from our trainers and learners.  Hence, Dr. Ho shared his experiences, results of the CRM program and the future goals with the audiences in the symposium.
