The Human Factors Manager of Cathay Pacific, Mr. Norman Macleod, has offered an opportunity for KCC colleagues to visit the CRM training facilities at Cathay Pacific, including cabin crew simulation training hall and pilot flight simulators.  He was given a brief overview of the company’s simulation training for improving safety as well as providing a tailor-made CRM exercise for our colleagues.  At the end of the day, we found everyone was enjoyed and could enhance their CRM knowledge.
