Copy of Medical Records

Medical records include clinical notes, pathology reports, X-Ray films and other special records. Under the Personal (Data) Privacy Ordinance, all living individuals can apply for a copy of their medical records.

Once your written request has been received, our staff will reply to you in writing no later than 40 days.
