Medical Certificate

A Medical Certificate is to certify the date of attendance, hospitalization period, sick leave granted, follow-up date and period of avoiding heavy physical duty of the patient. This certificate is usually issued by the attending doctor during ward / clinic consultation free of charge.

According to the policy of Hospital Authority, HKD$230 will be charged for each extra copy of the certificate.
