It has been well researched that exercise therapy is effective in preventing injuries, improving physical function and quality of life. To enhance our rehabilitation service quality, this website serves as a guide facilitating patients to locate usable public facilities within Tai Wai, Shatin and Ma On Shan districts, ensuring sustainable exercise therapy to patients.

Mei Lam Sports Centre provides equipments including dumbbell, shoulder press, chest press, lat pull down and back extension.
Ma On Shan Sports Centre provides equipments including dumbbell, shoulder press, chest press, cable crossover and lat pull down.
Hin Keng Sports Centre provides equipments including dumbbell, shoulder press, chest press, lat pull down and back extension.
Heng On Sports Centre provides equipments including dumbbell, shoulder press, chest press, cable crossover, lat pull down and back extension.


The opening hours of the above sports centres are from 7:00am to 11:00pm (except maintenance days).

The maintenance days of Yuen Wo Road, Yuen Chau Kok, Mei Lam and Ma On Shan Sports Centres are at the 1st and the 3rd Thursdays of every months, from 7am to 1pm.

The maintenance days of Hin Keng and Hang On Sports Centres are at the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month, from 7:00am to 1:00pm.

For public holidays, the maintenance days will be postponed to the next working day.

Mei Lam Sports Centre provides equipments including bike, leg press, hamstrings curl, treadmill and stretcher.

The opening hours of the above sports centres are from 7:00am to 11:00pm (except maintenance days).

*The weekly cleansing operation is carried out at public swimming pools managed by the LCSD from 10:00 a.m. to the end of the second session. The pools will resume service at the third session on the same day.

If the cleansing day falls on a public holiday, the swimming pool will open as usual and the weekly cleansing operation will be rescheduled for another weekday
