SUPPORT+ aims to support advanced cancer patients and your families by helping you live positively even if your illness is incurable. We wish to influence your course of illness positively and let you have extra resources at your disposal.

For better home care, “SUPPORT+” equips patients and carers with up-to-date educational materials on cancer management, palliative care and end-of-life support.

Registered users can also record their symptoms and communicate with their healthcare professionals through this app.

A mini game designed based on the "Five Constant Methods" of "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy", you can learn and train effective emotional management methods for yourself.

Knowing and practicing your own emotional management methods is the first step to effective emotional control.

• Nursing: through a simple method of entering data in the form of photos, you will be reminded regularly to take medicines and follow up at the hospital, and keep a record of your medications and follow-ups for you and your caregivers to review.
• Promoting health knowledge: The AR Drug Information Booklet provides wonderful, clear, multi-angled nursing information and related 3D animations for free access by the general public
• In addition, this program also includes the first free Chinese medicine database in Hong Kong, which is based on Hong Kong medicines. The list is translated by a registered pharmacist and proofread by relevant professionals to ensure that the Chinese information is accurate. The public can search for information about the drug by entering the name or collective name of the drug, such as side effects, precautions, etc.

"HK Blood" mobile app is developed by the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service to provide the latest news of blood donation and to make blood donation in Hong Kong easier than ever!

• “This is me” - provides a ‘snapshot’ of the background and daily habits of elders with dementia in order to enhance the understanding of caregivers including medical or nursing staff towards the elders;
• The “GPS Tracking” - enables family members to stay connected with elders with dementia and know their whereabouts, thus supporting the needs of caregivers and elders with memory problems and cognitive impairment. Enables caregivers to set the living circle range. When the elder leaves the designated location, the caregiver will be notified;

• To address age-related functional decline, 12 health tests related to aging are provided—such as intrinsic capacity, frailty, sarcopenia, cognitive function, and mental health—allowing for monitoring of older adult’s health anytime, anywhere, and enabling early prevention.

The "Youli Trace" APP is used to help find lost mentally incapacitated persons (only in Hong Kong). Family members and caregivers can pre-register the information of guardian tracking users and report the loss through this program, hoping to help find the lost person as soon as possible, so that the lost person can go home and reunite with their families as soon as possible.
