Admission Procedure (Clinical)

1. All clinical admissions are arranged after consultation in Clinical Departments of NDH.
2. An Admission Slip will be issued to patient with information on admission date, time, ward and special instructions (if any).
3. Patient reports accordingly as informed to the Admission Office / ward.
