Other New Cases Booking:

  • Appointments can be made in person or by a third party with the following documents: i) A valid doctor's referral; ii) An identification document - patient's identity card (or copy)/ birth certificate (or copy) for a child patient and iii) A document showing patient's English residential address, such as water or electricity bills.
    Should you have any difficulties in making appointment in person or by an authorized person, please contact our SOPD registration office (Telephone number : 2683 7523) for assistance.
  • As the demand for specialist service is increasing, appointment is arranged with reference to the clinical information specified in the submitted referral. This helps ensure appropriate treatment is given to patients in need.
  • The validity period of doctor's referral is 3 months, please refer to respective information sheets or enquire the staff concerned for details.
  • If patients fail to turn up for consultation, a new appointment has to be made with a new referral.
