It has been well researched that exercise therapy is effective in preventing injuries, improving physical function and quality of life. To enhance our rehabilitation service quality, this website serves as a guide facilitating patients to locate usable public facilities within Sheung Shui, ensuring sustainable exercise therapy to patients.

Choi Yuen Estate provides equipments including Tai Chi spinner, climbing shoulder stretcher, arm pedal exerciser, 2-way chin bar, horizontal ladder and upper back stretcher. 
Ka Fuk Estate provides equipments including Tai Chi spinner, climbing shoulder stretcher, arm pedal exerciser and 2-way chin bar. 
Choi Po Court provides equipments including arm pedal exerciser and shoulder pulley. 
Yuk Po Court provides equipments including Tai Chi spinner and shoulder pulley. 
Tin Ping Estate provides equipments including Tai Chi spinner, arm pedal exerciser, 2-way chin bar, horizontal ladder and shoulder pulley.
