Objectives

1. To enhance comprehensive patient care service and support;
2. Act as a bridge between patients/ carers and the community, liaising with the community to promote “Caring Community”.

Scope of Services

1. Patient Support Service
   • Enquiry & referrals for community resources
   • Community health education, such as exhibitions and talks
   • Health & diseases information and resources
   • Organize and develop patient self-help activities
   • Organize and develop health promotion activities
2. Hospital Volunteer Services
   • Coordinate & develop hospital volunteer services
   • Volunteer trainings and exchange programmes
   • Volunteer acknowledgement
3. Rehab Shop Service
