Hospital Governance
The Hospital Governing Committee (HGC) of Kwai Chung & Princess Margaret Hospitals was established in accordance with the Hospital Authority Ordinance to receive regualr management reports from Hospital Chief Executive, monitor operational and financial performance of the hospital, participate in human resources and procurement functions, as well as hospital and community partnership activities.
