Deadline for Registration The deadline for registration is Friday, 20 March 2026.
Privacy Notice For registrants located at the European Union (“EU”)/United Kingdom (“UK”) ONLY Consent to transfer of personal data outside EU/UK (Please see paragraph 11(b) of the Privacy Policy) The Convention Website Provider may transfer any personal data which I submit through the Convention Website to the Hospital Authority (“HA”) in Hong Kong. I understand that Hong Kong is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision and therefore there is a risk that my personal data may not be subject to the same level of protection as in the EU or UK. However, the HA does undertake to treat my data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. For all registrants I acknowledge and consent to my personal information being collected and stored in Hong Kong SAR in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Complimentary Registration Notice I understand that places for complimentary registration are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and I shall be contacted by the Convention Secretariat by 27 April 2026 if my complimentary place is secured.
