Note: 1. The Consultant Pathologists may refuse any sample that is considered not suitable for examination. 2. Samples submitted for examination will remain the property of the Hospital Authority and may be disposed of in any way considered suitable by the Consultant Pathologists. 3. The above charges include the issue of one copy of examination report.
