Starting from April this year, colleagues can switch to using their personal Employee Number, which can be found on tax return or STARS label attached to staff card. You may quote this unique identification when communicating with the HR department on payment/allowance claims or leave balance enquiries.

STARS is a new barcode system under the e-Learning Centre (eLC) named "Staff Training Attendance Record System" which aims to achieve a cost-effective method to capture training attendance. Therefore, do remember to bring along your staff card and scan the STARS label when you attend any in-house training activities. After scanning, you can check your training record in eLC (http://elc). With the STARS in place, staff will find the sign-in process much simpler while HA will achieve a precise staff training database to facilitate training analysis and future planning more effectively.
