s Yuen Fung has worked at the Yaumatei Child Psychiatric Centre (YMTCPC) since 1994 and is often described as a kind-hearted, smart, responsible and reliable person. She provides professional support services.

In addition to keeping the clinic clean and tidy, she ensures toy parts are always kept in the right place so that children and parents can play and train with ease.

Keen to take on extra responsibility, Ms Yuen often deals with children's behavioral problems and handles queries from parents in the waiting area. She can usually settle minor disputes and sometimes even the more difficult cases, while making sure that both children and parents are comforted as much as possible. She once helped to calm distressed patients before they were transferred to hospital. She is willing to give wholehearted support to the patients and their families.

Ms Yuen has always maintained her positive work attitude and remained humble, despite her amazing achievements and contribution.
